El apartamento es moderno y funcional, exterior y con mucha luminosidad. Desde el salón comedor se accede a una terraza de aproximados 4 metros que es sin duda el centro de la casa.
Una cocina independiente con electrodomésticos y menaje, 1 dormitorio con cama de matrimonio, otro dormitorio con 2 literas y un baño completo le ofrecen todo lo necesario para unas vacaciones en familia inolvidables.
Además cuenta con sofá cama en el salon, televisión plana (24 pulgadas) , ascensor, plaza de garaje abierta ubicada en los sótanos del edificio y se entrega con ropa de cama y toallas necesaria para su capacidad.
Noja, localizado entre la ría de Quejo y la punta del Brusco se extiende en una sucesión de playas que constituyen la verdadera atracción turística de este municipio: playa de Tregandín (4,4 km.) y playa de Ris (2,5 km.) Además existen en la zona humedales de gran valor ecológico, lo que justifica su inclusión en la Reserva Natural de las Marismas de Santoña y Noja.
El municipio se ha convertido en los últimos años en un centro turístico de gran relevancia, con gran concentración de visitantes en los meses de verano.
Pero además de una extraordinaria costa, Noja goza de otros atributos muy apreciados, con exponentes de arquitectura civil como la casa-palacio de los Venero, la casona de los Garnica, la de los Velasco . La iglesia parroquial de Noja (siglo Xvii) es el mejor ejemplo de construcción religiosa. Y junto a todas ellas, merece especial atención el molino de Victoria construido en 1629.
